We regret to announce that the Director and General Manager of Davenergy Mulia Perkasa (“Davenergy”) have been terminated from their position, effective 17 April 2023, with the change in the article of incorporation No.22 dated 17 April 2023 issued by the public notary.
After carefully considering and evaluating the company’s performance, it was determined that a change in leadership was necessary to ensure its continued success and growth.
We want to thank the former Director and General Manager for their contributions and dedication to the company during their tenure. We wish them all the best in their future endeavors.
The company will be moving forward with a new leadership team to continue our commitment to providing exceptional services and products to our customers. Previously the Director position was held by Muhammad Nafik and Ratna Suseno acted as General Manager, as per the effective date both of them no longer Represent Davenergy and all its business.

Setelah pertimbangan dan evaluasi yang cermat terhadap kinerja perusahaan, diputuskan bahwa perubahan kepemimpinan diperlukan untuk memastikan kesuksesan dan pertumbuhan perusahaan yang berkelanjutan.
